Overview of each translatable circRNA characterized using ribosome profiling (Ribo-seq) data, presented in two different levels:
① Condition-independent prediction by previously documented circRNAs and Ribo-seq data,
② Condition-dependent prediction by public RNA-seq and matched Ribo-seq data.
